I am in a hotel, how will CallAgent work?
When you initiate the call on our website, enter the room/extension number where you are staying. Our system will call the hotel number and play a prompt for the operator so that he or she can transfer the call to your room. However, if it’s an auto-attendant, CallAgent unfortunately will not work. So please verify that there is human operator to transfer calls. Also please confirm hotel policy regarding transfer of calls, since some hotels may not entertain such calls (since they lose money if you don’t use their phone to make expensive calls!!!!!!).
