PC800 Rambus modules are available as -40 and -45. The Intel 820 and 850 chipset support both a 400Mhz and 533Mhz FSB (Front Side Bus). At 533Mhz you are required to use a -40 Rambus module. The currently listed 128MB and 256MB Rambus modules at OEMPCWorld.com (128M-R800 and 256M-R800 and ECC equivalent) are rated at -45 and will only operate at 400Mhz FSB. Our 512MB modules are rated at -40. Please contact us for more details.
