I am having trouble logging into the DrexelOne portal, what do I do?
If you have logged into DrexelOne before and are now experiencing problems – go to the IRT help page. If you have NOT logged into DrexelOne before – then you will first need to set up your student account. Follow the link to set up your new accounts, then enter the requested information. This will permit you to create a password and set up your drexel email. WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD as you will need it to log into DrexelOne for grades, transcripts, blackboard, and other student information.
