I am having trouble logging into my file. What is wrong?
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for your digital access key to be paired with your new files. Your files are paired once your order is complete, which you should receive an e-mail stating the completion of your order. At that time, you can log in to your files. Generally, the most common problem, beyond the above, is that your password is not always the same as your Horror Mall store account password. You have chosen this password when you ordered your digital access key. To find this, please log in to your account and search your orders history for your purchase of the digital access key. Open up the order and you’ll find the password you selected. Your user name will be the same as your store account.
