I am having trouble logging in. Whats wrong?
Trouble logging in is usually caused by your computer’s inability to set a cookie. Two immediate things to try are clearing your cache and deleting any corrupt cookies your computer may have. First, clear your cache. This is done on most browsers under Tools > Internet Options or Tools > Options. If this still does not help, try deleting your cookies. This can be done through your browser or by clicking the “Reset Cookies” link on the ranking login page. You can also manually delete your cookies by locating your cookies directory (Windows/Cookies on most computers) and deleting the cookie files found there. Your computer also may also experience trouble if your computer is set up with any kind of internet appliance (home router with firewall protection, etc.) or connects to the internet using WebTV.
