I am having trouble getting magicJack to work on my computer, what can I do?
Installing magicJack 1) Update your magicJack with the most current software version. Download the Upgrade file by clicking on the Click Here button on the magicJack website: http://www.magicjack.com/site/magicfix.html 2) Save the file to your desktop on your computer 3) Plug in your magicJack directly to an available USB port on your computer 4) Once your computer identifies your magicJack, run the Upgrade.exe file that you downloaded to your desktop in steps 1-2 above. 5) Follow the registration instructions that appear and complete the registration form to activate your account with magicJack. If you have any challenges with the initial install, shut down your computer and leave it off for 30-seconds. Re-start your computer with the magicJack plugged-in to your USB port. Follow the prompts that appear on your screen. • I purchased my pager online in January of last year and got a bonus month of service for doing so, why am I getting a bill in December? Shouldn’t I be do in February?
