I am having trouble creating my bibliography in Write-N-Cite. What is wrong?
Here are a few suggestions from RefWorks technical support staff to address Write-N-Cite problems: *If you have saved the document in the ‘.docx’ format, you may want to try and re-save the document in the compatible ‘.doc’ format. This will help toresolve any possible XML coding issues within the document. *Using the WNC3 Tools Menu, revert the document to WNC2 and then convert back to WNC3 format and try to format it again. This makes sure that all the citations are properly formatted. You can also double check each citation a bit easier in WNC2 format as WNC2 does not use the hidden field codes. *Make sure all citation placeholders (the things you inserted into your paper) have opening and closing double curly brackets {{ }}. You can use the word processors “find” feature to easily check your placeholders. *Make sure any multiple citation placeholders are separated by a semi-colon i.e. {{39 Smith 2001; 57 Jones 2004}}.
