I am having problems signing up for a TeleMessage account. What sorts of things can cause this?

We may not be able to find a TeleMessage account opened with your e-mail address. If you are not sure that you have signed up for a TeleMessage account you can sign up here. You may already have signed up for a TeleMessage account with your mobile number and e-mail address details. Since you can only sign up for one account per mobile number you will receive an error message when trying to sign up for another account. In some cases our numbering plan database incorrectly shows your mobile number as being invalid and not belonging to a supported carrier. If this is the case, then you cannot currently sign up for a TeleMessage account. However, if you notify us that you are having problems signing up, we can work with the carrier to update our numbering plan to include your number within a week or two.
