I am having problems sending messages from my Yahoo account through ePrompter. Is there a remedy for this problem?
A. Recently we have received complaints about problems with sending Yahoo messages using the ePrompter email notification program. Pursuant to this, we tested our Yahoo test account on ePrompter and had no problem until about a week later, at which point when we tried to send a message from that test account through ePrompter, it failed and we got the red “?”. Next we went to the actual Yahoo web page for the test account and tried to send a message, and Yahoo asked us to retype that “magic word” (confirmation code) they showed in a box, which we did, and after that we were able to send Yahoo messages using ePrompter. Unfortunately, this same problem occurred again about 10 days later, which once again required us to go back to Yahoo; attempt to send a message, at which point the page with the “magic word” appeared again and we retyped it in the box and everything was up and running again. We apologize for this inconvenience and we are doing our best to try to remedy this problem. Q. I
