The Homeowners Association doesn’t have any control over construction or issues with builders, warranties and individual homes. Most of the homes were constructed by Seppala/Lennar and they can be reached at 864 444 4800. Currently the Customer Care representative is Bobby Fertig Bobby – Fertig@Lennar.com. ——————————————– Updated information- The phone number and contact at Lennar shown above does not work according to one neighbor. If any one has updated information please send it to us via the CONTACT page. ——————————————– Sent to the site by one of our Neighbors: “I found a contact for anyone whose home was settled on or before 2/1/03 originally built by Seppala…now MMJ Properties. There # is 864-801-0662 and they referred me to a Tommy Sorrenson. He takes care of warrany issues etc. for these homes. His cell # is 864-304-4763. Any home originally settled after 2/1/03 will have to find a contact at Lennar.
