I am having a problem downloading programs from the EX controller with BendCOM?
When downloading programs from the EX controller, the switches on the side of the EX controller must be used, as if you were saving the program to the cassette tape. Instead of placing bending programs onto a cassette, the programs are being stored on a buffer board to be downloaded by the PC. 8. After I download an EX bending program and viewing the program in the “Setup Sheet Window” from within BendCOM, none of the bending steps or dimensions make since, even when displayed in both metric and in inches. More than one program has been stored onto the buffer board in the “Destination Block” and was then downloaded. Only the steps that make up a single part program may be stored in the “Destination Block” at one time. If all 99 steps are stored to one “Destination Block” at one time, the part program steps run together and will not make since in the BendCOM “Setup Sheet Window”. 9.
