Although the community previously allowed, in certain instances and upon ACC approval, the positioning of dumpsters on residential streets while contractual work was being performed, Fairfax County now prohibits the parking of these large roll-off trash containers/boxes on streets in a residential district. It is incumbent on the resident to remind the contractor of this county prohibition. Any violation will be reported to the Fairfax County Police. There will be no exceptions.
