Save it on your computer (the desktop is a good place, it’s easy to find again for installing, uninstall* the Norton software (this will probably include restarting the computer), then install the new antivirus software. *As there may be problems uninstalling Norton (I have never had their programs on my machine, so I have no experience of this, but I do know how uninstalls can leave unwanted mess), you would probably want to use an uninstall program to do the uninstalling. There’s one available at this page: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039 (Not used, so cannot give helpful hints other than read their faqs or help, but Norton is made by Symantec so it should be OK ^_^).
