When measuring panels you need to keep in mind the “distance allowed for stretch” between the back of the tarp system when locked, and the rail stop at the back of the system. If you are measuring for new panels or a new tarp, please let us know if your system is getting close to the rail stops. If this is the case we will need to deduct a few inches from your new panels to allow for stretching. If your system is at least 5″ or 6″ from the rail stop, measurement adjustments will not be necessary. There is a number stamped inside the front rail of the driver side which Aero Industries can use to compare the given measurements and the original measurements for accuracy.
