I am going to mount Sport springs from Lesjöfors and the diametre at both ends is the same, but the spring is more closely coiled at one end. Which end should be up and which one down?

For the coil’s performance it does not make any difference, but we always recommend to mount the end with the closer coils up to avoid the noise that may arise from gravel, chips etc. slipping in between the coils.
