I am going to be using a sequence dart. I guess how much gph will I get with a 2″ inch bulkhead?

Or should I drill for 2 2″ bulkheads. I just want to get by with one if possible because it makes me nervous drilling the tank. Also will it be fine and the same flow if I just have it flow straight to the bulkhead with a strainer. Or should I put a 90 degree fitting on it with a strainer inside the tank. Thanks and hope this makes sense.
