I am gluten sensitive. Can I take NanoGreens?
NanoGreens10 is only 30 ppm gluten. Therefore the gluten load on a 12 gm serving might in many cases be generally recognized as safe for gluten sensitive persons. The technical term is “gluten restricted”. Barley grass does not contain gluten like the mature barley seed grain. Rice and rice bran are gluten free. Oat beta glucan is a minimal gluten source. Certainly anyone with food sensitivity concerns should start with scoop and, as things prove to go well, slowly increase to a full scoop over a week or two just to be safe.
