This server is turned off or has not been configured properly. The problem is: Invalid configuration: Error reported by Agent @ 127.0.0.1:2144: java.lang.RuntimeException: Linkage error, conflicting classes. Please turn on the server, or fix its Configuration Properties. And, in the Agent log: WARN CommandListener Error invoking method java.lang.RuntimeException: Linkage error, conflicting classes … at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:534) Caused by: java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/jnp/interfaces/NamingContextFactory (Unsupported major.minor version 49.0) … 4 more If you see an error like this when you try to configure a server that was compiled using Java 5 (e.g. JBossAS 4.2.x), then you need to upgrade your Agent from JRE 4 to JRE 5. Prior to JON 1.4.SP1, the installers only bundled a 1.4 JRE for the Agent. All of the JON 1.4.SP1 and later installers bundle a 1.5 JRE for the Agent, except for the Windows Full GUI installer, which continues to bundle a 1.
