This errors means that WinInet (Microsoft Internet layer) cannot check Certificate Revocation List (CRL) because it cannot connect to a server that hosts that list. Checking CRL online is not strictly necessary, so you can turn it off. Go into IE -> Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced -> Security and uncheck ‘Check for Server Certificate Revocation’.
