No. Proxmox Mail Gateway can only be used in association with an own Mail server (e.g. Microsoft Exchange, Lotus Domino, any Linux Mail Server,..). It does not act as a POP3 proxy. But you can use Proxmox as a POP3 downloader to pull additional email account to be forwarded into your mailbox.
