I am getting “An error occurred while executing this command” error message when I use the Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook in Microsoft Office Live Meeting 2007. What could be the problem?
This issue may occur if you have other add-ins for Microsoft Outlook installed. Add-ins that are written in managed code may conflict with the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook. To resolve this issue, uninstall the conflicting add-ins. To do this, follow these steps: 1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel. 2. In Windows XP, double-click Add or Remove Programs. 3. In Windows Vista, double-click Installed Programs. 4. Locate a conflicting add-in, and then click Remove. 5. Repeat step 3 for other conflicting add-ins. 6. Reinstall the Conferencing Add-in for Outlook.
