Impatica for PowerPoint does not produce Active X content. This error will be produced when the Security; Secure content; Zone setting for Outlook is set to “Restricted sites” zone instead of “Internet” zone. To view impaticized e-mails, simply change the Security Setting. To do this: 1. Select the “Tools” menu item. 2. Select “Options” from the menu provided. 3. Select the “Security” tab in the “Options” dialog box. 4. In the “Secure content” section, change the “Zone:”setting to “Internet” from “Restricted sites.” 5. Click “OK” to return to your regular mail screen. This should enable you to view Java applets, and Impatica e-mails, with your Outlook mail client.
