I am from another Center and already have a OneNASA address. What should I do?

The OneNASA address issued to you by Headquarters will direct email sent to your HQ-supplied OneNASA address to your local HQ mail account. If you are listed in another Center’s X.500 directory, you may have another OneNASA email address, which directs email sent to that address your mailbox at the other Center. Which OneNASA email address you use, and which Center mailbox you use is up to you. However, we recommend you use a single mailbox and address. If you have a OneNASA email address issued by another Center, please contact us at: service@hq.nasa.gov.
