I am from a small organisation that does not have a Health and Safety Plan. The application form suggests that a Health and Safety Plan needs to be submitted with an application can you confirm?
Any organisation with over five staff will need to supply a Health and Safety Plan. If your organisation has less that this level of staffing, you do not need to supply a plan. In your guidelines it states that projects requiring less than 25,000 or more than 50,000 are not eligible for the Cultural Skills Fund. If the project budget is in excess of 50,000 but less than 50,000 is required from the fund due to match funding already in place, is the project eligible? The amount requested from the fund needs to be between 25,000 and 50,000, not the total budget.
