I’m not sure why you would fly into CDG and then take a train to Calais and then the ferry to Dover and then (I presume) another train into London. But if you want to then you certainly can do so. There is a SNCF (French railways) station at CDG airport where you can take a combination of trains to get to Calais. You can book such a trip on the SNCF website. http://www.voyages-sncf.com/ A far more sensible thing would be to just go to Paris or, after seeing Paris, take the Eurostar from Gare du Nord direct to London. If you want to make the trip cheaply then consider the Eurolines bus which will take you from Paris to London less expensively than almost anything else (as little as €19 ) For more information consult their website: http://www.eurolines.
