The addition of 3 additional screening elements and 4 additional plant-species elements expands the comprehensive coverage and subsequent value of DualChip GMO V2.0. The convenience of PCR set-up is also improved through the inclusion of PCR MasterMix (Multiplex Master Mix, Qiagen), and a reduction of the number of PCR reactions for each experiment to three. With each PCR reaction a PCR control is provided, to confirm the absence of PCR inhibitors in each individual PCR reaction. Furthermore, provision of an ISO17025-conformance report compiles all data and offers a clear and conclusive summary of the results.
