Even though F-Secure makes and offers data security services for different Internet Service providers, F-Secure does not provide direct support for ISP’s end-customers. Best point of contact in this case is technical support of your own ISP where you have ordered the service originally, unless you have been instructed to contact elsewhere. Although we make the product, you get best service from your ISP since data security service offered via your ISP has been specifically customized to be the best choice for your ISP and you as end-user.
