I am experiencing problems logging into Illiad. Whats wrong?
• Are you using the correct username and format (as it appears in your emarq email address)? Example: If your email address is john.smith@marquette.edu your username would be john.smith If your email address is john.q.adams@marquette.edu your username would be john.q.adams If your email address is joan.jones-smith@marquette.edu your username would be joan.jones-smith • Are you using the same password you would use for emarq email or checkmarq? • If you are still experiencing problems logging into ILLiad, AND you have your emarq email forwarded to another email address, please log on directly to the emarq email system to verify that your password has not changed.
