There are also organisations such as Citizen’s Advice Bureau and The National Debtline who can provide you with free, independent advice. The City & County of Swansea and our staff are committed to offering a high standard of service. However, we realise that occasionally things may go wrong. If you are aggreived by the service you have received, we urge you to let us know. We believe that a robust will help us improve our service even more.Business Rates is similar to Income Tax in that it’s payable by everyone who is liable for it regardless of whether the individual concerned benefits directly from the services provided. The community of Swansea as a whole benefits from the services provided. Even if you feel you don’t benefit from services at the moment, there may be a time in the future, when you will need to use the services provided, or you may have already benefited in the past.
