I am experiencing echo using my VoIPvoice USB handset. How can I reduce it?
Most VoIP users that experience echo are those that are using traditional microphone and speakers for VoIP calls. All VoIPvoice products feature echo cancellation by design; this means that the phones as well as the USB headset cancel out echo by having the speaker and microphone some distance apart. Echo can be reduced by lowering the operating system’s microphone level to the second bar.
