I am entering the correct password but it is not being recognised. What do I do?
A. In Softsign 1.0 auto-correct was mistakenly enabled in the password input screen. This led to some people having their chosen passwords altered if they were not commonly used words found in the dictionary. We corrected this as soon as we realised and issued an immediate update. Please download the latest version of the App – you may need to uninstall and reinstall for the changes to take effect – and accept our apologies.
