I am entering my College ID or Web Application Login ID, why am I getting “Incorrect ID or PIN information has been entered”?
This can happen for a number of reasons. Please see the list below: • If using the College ID, make sure that the value you are entering begins with a capital “M” • The ID field is case sensitive. You must enter your Web Application Login ID exactly as it was when you created it. If you created the Web Application Login ID in lowercase characters, then it must be entered here in lowercase characters. • You may have mistyped something. Please try re-entering your information. • Make sure the PIN you are entering is valid. If you do not know your PIN contact the Student Response Center at (240) 567-5000, option 2 or the IT Help Desk at (240) 567-7222.
