I am enrolled or would like to enroll in SelectPay™ but I seem to be stuck in a loop. How do I pay my bill?
If you are clicking links to access or enroll in SelectPay™ but cannot continue, you most likely have a pop-up blocker preventing the SelectPay™ window from opening. You may choose to allow pop-ups from Selective Insurance to correct this. To view the pop-up without making changes to your computer’s settings, hold down your CTRL (control) key while clicking on the SelectPay™ link or “I Accept” button and continue to hold until the pop-up appears. Some customers may need to hold down both the CTRL and ALT keys while clicking on the link and continue to hold them until the pop-up appears.
