It is highly unlikely that requirements for all staff at supervisory management level will be determined by 1 April 2010 therefore you will not have an opportunity to apply for voluntary severance before 1 April 2010. Reorganisation will be carried out over a number of years and as future requirements for staff at the various levels throughout the organisation are determined; if there is a need to reduce the number of posts at a particular level, voluntary severance may be made available to eligible staff, subject to business need.
