I am due to recertify this year but have not received my recertification notification. Whats wrong?
The necessary forms requiring completion and an invoice are mailed to your address on file in the month of December, prior to the year your recertification is due. You will also receive an email notification. If you havent received youremail notification and/or Re-Certification Packet by April, please contact the AATB office (hendersons@aatb.org) to verify AATB has your current contact information on file.
