I am currently unemployed but have taught 2 years and accumulated 1.5 FTE (Full Time Equivalent). Can I register for the ProTeach Portolio and earn my professional certificate?

Yes. The PESB has determined that your employment status will not affect earning your professional certificate once you have accumulated the required 1.5 FTE in at least 2 years of service.
