I am currently registered at the UofC, how can I make sure this quarters grades will appear on my transcript when I order it?
You can come into the Registrar’s Office, Administration Building room 103, during regular office hours to check your transcript or use the STUDENT ACCESS service to check your transcript on-line. Grades are DUE in the Registrar’s Office the week after the end of the quarter. Those that were received by the deadline will appear on transcripts approximately 10 days after the quarter. Business School course grades may be delayed an additional week. You can request your transcript be processed after these deadlines have passed, but the Registrar cannot assume responsibility that ALL grades will be turned in by then. Whenever possible, you should check your transcript before ordering an Official printed copy.
