If you have been participating in any of the FSA plans (including the HSA) and wish to continue this participation during 2008, you must re-enroll during Open Enrollment. If you do not reenroll, your participation will change to Waive for 2008. The Flex Spending Account plans are Flex Spending – Health Care, Flex Spending – Dependent Care, Flex Spending – Limited Use, and Health Savings Account (HSA).
