Anyone at home can Install and Configure Vulkano for you. Once done you can download and Install Vulkano Software on the client PC/MAC/IPhone/iPad etc from http://www.myvulkano.com/players.html. You can access Vulkano using Vulkano Player. You have to use the User Name and Password which would be assigned to your Vulkano by someone at home during the configuration process.
