I am currently on an approved leave of absence and have not received my performance appraisal. How will I receive a merit increase?

After returning to work and receiving a performance appraisal, if you meet all of the eligibility criteria, your merit increase would be calculated retroactive to July 2, 2005 or, if you were on unpaid leave, to the date of your return to paid status.
