Take the following steps: 1. GO HOME. There’s no way you can legally marry your boyfriend under a student visa. 2. Obtain a K-1 fiancee visa. (Note: This is a NON-immigrant visa.) 3. Have your boyfriend file a form I-129F (Fiancee petition) with the Department of Homeland Security. Once this petition is granted, the K-1 is converted to an immigrant visa.
