If more than one person from a non-member company/firm attends the Annual Meeting, the most cost-effective way to attend the meeting and join INTA is for the company/firm to join before the meeting. Since membership runs a calendar year (January through December), the new member has the option of paying the full membership fee and receive back issues of INTA materials since January 1, 2003 or prorating the membership fee to the month membership begins. If only one person from a non-member company/firm attends the Annual Meeting, the most cost-effective way to attend the meeting and join INTA is for the company/firm to attend the meeting as a non-member and join INTA after the meeting.
