I am currently a participant in a 401(k) plan at my employer. Can I invest in Hedgeables Retirement Program?
Yes, but only if you have what is called a “brokerage window” option (sometimes called a self-directed option) in your current plan. This allows you to invest in managers, such as Hedgeable, outside those offered by your Plan Sponsor. Please note, not all plans have this option, and many still have the cumbersome restrictions on what you can invest in. Usually this is a dozen or so high cost Mutual Funds. If you do not have the brokerage window option, please have your employer contact us; we can help them build a new 401(k) Plan, with Hedgeable serving as the Investment Manager.
