Yes, you can upgrade to MaxOnline Ultimate. Please ensure that a StarHub type-approved Voice-enabled Cable Modem (VeCM) is used. To check if your VeCM is compatible for MaxOnline Ultimate, please refer to the Cable Modem Compatibility Table.
