It is suggested that you call our clerkâs office and talk to Donna Siltala who is also our Deputy Marathon County Zoning Administrator. She can advise you as to what can be done with the involved property. McMillan is zoned and has a code of ordinances. All state and local building code regulations must be adhered to. Not all pieces of property can be used for residential construction. Make sure the planned construction is consistent with the zoning on the involved property. All zones have set backs that must be followed. Obtain all zoning and building permits prior to starting any project.
