I am confused when entering the floor position of a flat. Apparently the floor position of 3 in a 4-storey block is the top floor?
Enter the number of storeys as normal. When entering the floor position of the flat / maisonette start counting at zero, so the ground floor is 0. For example in a 4-storey block of flats the top floor would be position 3. However, in a 4-storey block of Maisonettes the top floor would be position 2. Remember a maisonette is on two floors so it would occupy floors 2 and 3, but the position would be 2.
