There is currently no all encompassing legislation for small buses. The Public Service Vehicle Accessibility Regulations do not include small buses. There was a report produced in May 2007 on Low Floor Small Buses. This report concluded that there are both advantages and disadvantages associated with low floor small buses when compared with the high floor equivalents.
