I am concerned about anti-social behaviour on a path near my house. What can be done about it?
This is initially a matter for the Police, as the people are really the problem rather than the path. You should also report the problem to the County Council as sometimes matters can be helped by improving visibility and lighting. However in some circumstances where the problems are very severe and there is evidence that the path is a factor in the commission of serious crimes it may be possible to resolve the problem by officially closing or moving the path.
