No. The joining member needs to pay membership fee only for the current fiscal year (April-March) irrespective of his/her status of membership with Chapter in the past. However, the membership fee payment is not on pro-rata basis. Therefore, such amount is payable in full irrespective of the time left out in the fiscal year at the time of joining by a member.
