I am attempting to create a membership account, but am being told that my e-mail address has been pre-registered and therefore cannot complete the process. What now?
If you are a MaplePrimes member and/or an author of an application within the Maple Application Center, it is likely that a membership account was created automatically on your behalf and that, as a result, you are not able to create a membership account using the same e-mail address.
